This AUP applies to every broker account on allrealestate. The canonical version is recorded in the application database with a SHA-256 checksum for legal reproducibility.
RERA compliance
You confirm you hold a valid Dubai broker registration (RERA / DLD where applicable) and that listings you publish comply with UAE real-estate advertising rules. allrealestate does not verify your RERA permits.
AML & buyer verification
You are responsible for any anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to transactions you broker. Introductions made through this platform do not transfer that responsibility to allrealestate.
Listing truthfulness
Information you publish (price, size, photos, building, availability) must be accurate. Misleading listings will be removed.
Client privacy
You will not capture buyer personal data through allrealestate. The public share page does not collect client PII; contact happens directly via your WhatsApp or other channels you operate yourself.
Acceptable content
No content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates third-party rights. No embedded media, scripts, or executable files in uploaded floor plans.
Account suspension
We may suspend accounts for repeated policy breaches. Audit log entries are retained per applicable retention rules.
Accepting this AUP binds you to its terms for the version above. The full text of every version is preserved in the platform's database and is retrievable on request.
