allrealestate is a broker-first publishing tool. The application captures the minimum data needed to operate the service: your Clerk account identifier, the WhatsApp number you display on listings, the properties you publish, and audit records for sensitive actions.
What we do not collect
Public share pages never load GA4 or PostHog. We never store buyer personal data: any contact happens directly between the buyer and the broker through WhatsApp or other channels you operate yourself.
Anonymous click counts
We count anonymous WhatsApp button clicks server-side for the broker dashboard. The IP address and user agent are stored only as HMAC-SHA256 hashes (90-day retention).
Data location
Application data lives in PostgreSQL hosted on PowerVPS. Media is stored on Backblaze B2 (S3-compatible) in the EU-Central region.
