Service description
allrealestate provides broker-first listing publishing, public share pages, and WhatsApp contact CTAs. The platform does not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any transaction.
Broker responsibility
Brokers are responsible for the truthfulness of listing content, RERA / DLD compliance, and any AML obligations applicable to introductions made through the platform.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in AED through Stripe with applicable UAE VAT. Refund terms are documented in the Refund policy.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe Customer Portal.
